Lead the finance agenda for monthly operating reviews, bowler finance KPIs, and lean problem-solving to identify and execute on action plans and countermeasures.
Be the finance lean leader across CCU to standardize, simplify and optimize any finance processes and tools, and leverage AI tools to deliver world-class finance reporting for decision making.
Develop reliable monthly & quarter estimates of order, sales to EBIT to ensure we deliver organic growth, margin, and cash in line with expectations. Lead planning and reporting standard work for AVS submissions, leveraging systems expertise and consolidating & validating inputs from key stakeholders.
Partner with the Commercial and Finance teams in the regions to understand the operational elements that drive the regional results (all commercial metrics incl. market, funnel, orders, secured rate/backlog, investment needs, price vs margin vs config. trade-offs discussions to protect margin).
Drive wing-to-wing WWPP / LTS / Budget cycles, triangulating all data sources (Market, Backlog, S&OP, investments and OPEX asks, Margin & Price actions, Inventory & CAPEX), ensuring actionable action plans, and providing strategic insights to inform SLT’s decisions.
Lead EBIT walks preparation, working with key stakeholders, to provide insights on business performance by key drivers such as volume, pricing, mix, inflation, and cost productivity.
Develop strong partnership with the Commercial, Product, Global Supply Chain and Sourcing teams to understand NPI, Price, VCP, deflation & margin enhancement initiatives and their financial impact.
Enhance existing reporting capabilities for actuals / forecasts by key KPIs and enable drill down into key metrics for Primary P&L, as well as Regions and Fully Burden accountabilities.
Support CFO on all Corporate and AVS FP&A / Investor Relations ad-hoc analysis or materials needed to prepare for earnings and other external presentations.
Support the CCU BD team for any inorganic growth opportunities from Joint Development Agreement to Merger & Acquisition’s Due Diligence.
Be the finance business partner of the New Ventures’ GM and oversee the integration and development of newly acquired businesses.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other numeracy-based topics and significant financial work experience.
Demonstrated depth and breadth in Commercial Finance and FP&A expertise from prior assignments
Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Enjoys thriving in a fast-paced, highly visible, intellectually challenging environment. Strong say/do & “rolling your sleeves” approach required. Strong FP&A and commercial Finance experience preferred.
Clear thinking/problem-solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions involving process improvements
Experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, PBI, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions (knowledge of GEHC financial, commercial and services operating systems preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead and clearly communicate (written, verbal) in a global team environment
