Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours work day

💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly salary is 3.750 RON Gross. On top of this, you will receive a pro-rated (per worked month) 13th annual salary and vacation bonus.

During your internship (3-6 months), in your operational role as an intern, you will go through on-the-job training program designed to empower you with a deep understanding of P&G's dynamic business operations. Your impact will be reflected in the results delivered and improving the processes through problem-solving and analysis.

Job Description

As a Finance & Accounting Part-time Operational Intern in P&G, you will be in charge of a project in one of our teams, each focusing on different aspects of our financial operations processes that you will handle end-to-end, working with solutions and analytics to enhance effectiveness:

  • Contracts Execution: the team oversees contracts commercial execution, develops knowledge on end-to-end supply chains and price governance skills, work with solutions and analytics to enhance effectiveness.

  • Payments: the team oversees end-to-end payment processes, while collaborating across departments, analyzing payment data for efficiency, assisting vendors, and establishing best practices to strengthen supplier relationships.

Job Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s degree in progress (2nd or 3rd year student)

•            Good English skills (both verbal and written)

•            Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

•            Good collaboration skills & customer oriented

•            Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset 

•            Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
