JOB DESCRIPTION:
Main Responsibilities
- Build up relationship with customers.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure full customer satisfaction by providing appropriate services in response to the customer’s needs. This involves appraising customer needs and advising on product application or services.
- Provide clinical and technical support during case and inform the clinician of patient treatment options. Engage customers in meaningful clinical discussions, which can positively impact patient outcomes, while being presented in the procedure.
- Commit to patient safety and product quality. Understand and comply with all other regulations governing their work.
- Attend all Quality related trainings and fully complied with SOPs including Traceability, FER/Vigilance, Field Corrective Actions, Consignment Stock Management (where applicable), Customer Feedback Report.
Skills & Experience Required:*
- Bachelor or above degree.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Ability to support multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Must have communications skills.
- Clinic experience over 1 years
