当社の化学分析機器（ガスクロマトグラフ、液体クロマトグラフ）を中心としたフィールドサービス業務を担当いただきます。お客様先での装置の設置・据付から操作説明、検収、保守・修理対応まで、幅広い技術支援を通じて、分析業務の安定稼働を支える重要なポジションとなります。
GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MSのフィールドサービス業務全般（カスタマエンジニア業務）
装置据付、操作説明、確立されたアプリケーションの検収対応
メンテナンス、バリデーション作業、定期点検、故障診断および修理対応
顧客からの技術的問い合わせ対応
サポート商品の販売促進（消耗品、保守契約など）
サービスレポートの作成・提出
社内関連部門（営業、アプリケーション、開発等）との連携による顧客満足度向上
高専卒以上（化学、電気、機械などの専攻）
普通自動車運転免許
GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MSのいずれかの分析機器に関するエンジニア業務またはユーザーとしての経験3年以上
英語に抵抗のない方（TOEIC500点相当以上）
分析機器のフィールドサービス経験
顧客対応力、コミュニケーション力
英語でのマニュアル読解やメール対応経験
