As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for perform installation, periodic maintenance, repair and modification of equipment.
Your new role:
This role has responsibility to maintain all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is on-site.
What you'll be doing in your new role:
Schedules and performs periodic maintenance, installation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility. Is responsible to maintain all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics.
Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes following the defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.
Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include but are not limited to: tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.
Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives as needed.
Supports sales partners efforts to attain business objectives.
Determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solution.
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with customer specifications and implementations.
Manage all territory responsibilities including preventive maintenance & upgrades including software & hardware.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The Individual:
Professional degree: BS degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronic / Mechatronic, Biomedical, or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Field Service Engineer.
English intermediate.
