🚀 Field Sales Team Lead – Strasbourg
At SumUp, we help small businesses succeed — from the local café on the corner to boutiques across Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Field Sales Team Lead in Strasbourg to own the market, lead a high-performing team, and grow fast into a Territory Manager role.
What you’ll do:
Lead and coach your field sales team (CDI) to hit targets and grow their careers.
Acquire new merchants in Strasbourg by selling SumUp POS and card readers face-to-face.
Share feedback from the field to improve our strategy and test new ideas that drive results.
Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
You’re a great fit if:
You have proven experience in field sales, ideally POS, payments, tech, or telecom.
You’ve managed a team of sales reps (CDI).
You’re fluent in French and English.
You’re results-driven, motivated, and love closing deals.
You know the Strasbourg market or are ready to master it fast.
Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech.
