Placement: Hallstahammar or Stockholm
Your Role
As part of our sales team and working closely with our production unit in Hallstammar. You will play a key role in the development of our business by providing technical and commercial support to our customers.
Your Responsibilities
About You
You hold an academic degree in mechanical, electrical, or thermal engineering and have at least five years of relevant experience, preferably with a furnace manufacturer or thermal equipment supplier. Experience in an international environment is highly valued, and proficiency in Office applications is expected. Fluency in Swedish and English is required; knowledge of Norwegian and Danish is considered an advantage.
Beyond technical expertise, we value energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in building relationships. You communicate effectively, listen actively, and adapt to different audiences. Your interpersonal skills help you establish trust and long-term partnerships, and your service-oriented approach ensures customers receive the support they need.
You are comfortable working in dynamic environments, tackling challenges, and finding practical solutions to complex problems. Independence and initiative are important—you take ownership of your work and are motivated by achieving results. At the same time, you collaborate well with cross-functional teams. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting are essential. A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be prepared to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.
