The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing an assigned territory focused on supporting access, Reimbursement and Patient services by aiding patient reimbursement processes for VYVGART.
As a FRM your duties will include but are not limited to Prior Authorization assistance, Claims Assistance, and Appeals and educating the office on Payer landscape. This position is HCP and customer-facing and requires the ability to build relationships with physician offices as well as other cross functional internal and external stakeholders. The Field Reimbursement Manager works independently in a fast-paced, highly visible environment as well as collaboratively with the internal program hub support services to ensure all customer needs are met. Candidate will have extensive experience in both medical and pharmacy benefit acquired medication. Experience in Neurology products is a plus. Must have a strong working knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance benefit structures and be able to relay detailed benefit information to maximize the HCP and Staff experience. Position will require travel, project management and/or account coordination with other stakeholders.

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $176,000.00 - $264,000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to retirement savings plans, health benefits and other benefits subject to the terms of the applicable plans and program guidelines.
