As a Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role on our Global Field and Demand Gen Marketing Team, bridging the gap between thoughtful marketing strategy and sales growth. Your impact comes from planning and running campaigns, events, and programs that accelerate our pipeline and deliver bottom-line results. You’ll partner closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing creative ideas to life and supporting initiatives that generate qualified leads. Our field marketing efforts are essential to connecting regional and industry-specific audiences with the right sales opportunities. By executing both strategic and tactical programs, this role helps build a robust pipeline, accelerates deals, and drives revenue. You’ll be at the center of local campaigns and events, working side-by-side with our sales teams to turn marketing efforts into tangible business outcomes.

How You’ll Find Success

  • You take initiative and proactively move projects forward, understanding goals and delivering results independently.
  • You communicate clearly, provide timely status updates, and collaborate positively with internal teams—especially when executing details or resolving roadblocks.
  • You ensure all lead flow from field programs is seamless, supporting conversion from marketing automation systems to sales follow-through.
  • You manage multiple events and programs at once, demonstrating strong project management and rigorous attention to detail in every asset and touchpoint.
  • You make decisions using data, leveraging tools like Salesforce to track metrics, share insights, and inform ongoing improvements.
  • You assist in tracking budgets, ensuring responsible spend and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Your execution is always customer-focused, delivering a positive experience at every interaction.

Things You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Head of NA Enterprise Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive pipeline growth.
  • Champion Account-Based Marketing initiatives and support logistics for field events, webinars, and sponsorships to accelerate targeted accounts.
  • Own end-to-end coordination—budgets, scheduling, follow-up, and reporting—ensuring programs generate and convert qualified leads.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using metrics tied to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Process invoices and expenses accurately to enable clear, real-time reconciliation.
  • Ensure all program assets and communications align with our brand and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting field marketing events and programs, including hands-on event management.
  • Strong track record collaborating with direct sales teams, SDRs, and cross-functional partners.
  • Proven ability to assist with budget tracking, reconciliation, and pipeline-building responsibilities.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms (creating emails, lists, and landing pages).
  • Metrics- and data-driven approach to tracking, reporting, and improving performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support events and programs.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
