Responsibilities:

  • Helping end user on implementation of Thermofisher solution and get FAT, and get benefit from the solution Participate marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibition, industrial conference, workshop or demo as needed to provide support on Application.
  • Provide appropriate technical solutions to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales Influences preparation and presents technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as vital
  • Buildup and consolidate the relationship with design institute. Manage customer satisfaction with all installed customers through effective coordination with Customer Support team
  • Support both market promotion and customer solution Arranges presentation schedule with customer base.
  • Perform application Qualification installation, support and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with the Sales and Business development team to deliver on site training, demonstrations, running up of assays, supporting exhibitions and sales visits as necessary.
  • Duties to include a cross training program to support hardware installations telephone and on-site diagnostics, preventive maintenance and un-scheduled service visits at customer sites as and when required.
  • Must be client-focused and customer centric, working in conjunction with Sales and Service teams in relation to corporate goals and objectives
  • Accurately document field support activities, including qualification and service reports, expense report and timely submitting through the required systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Biological Sciences or Biomedical engineering Degree
  • Confirmed experience- 3 years minimum
  • Practical bench experience electron microscopy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to cooperate with the local commercial and technical team
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities, experience in field work, and knowledge of analytical measurement equipment.
  • Proven track record and mind-set to quickly diagnose and resolve technical analytical problems in a challenging environment
  • Proven track record to work remotely/independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize workload in an effective manner. English is essential while other languages would be an advantage
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively (est. 50% - 80%) as required,
  • Clean driver’s License.
