Field Sales Farmer – Mid Accounts
Local – Individual Contributor

SCOPE

The Field Sales Farmer – Mid Accounts is responsible for nurturing and growing existing mid-sized client relationships. The role ensures clients realize full value from Pluxee’s employee engagement platform and benefits offering, promoting sustained satisfaction, deeper product adoption, and revenue expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Development

  • Build trusted relationships with key HR and business stakeholders in the client portfolio.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, platform usage, and emerging needs.

Growth & Upsell Strategy

  • Identify and act on opportunities to introduce new products, expand benefit usage, or increase employee coverage.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to frame solutions aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

Platform Adoption Monitoring

  • Use Salesforce data to track client health indicators, flag risk, and propose engagement actions.

  • Support change management for benefit deployment where needed.

Renewals & Retention

  • Lead renewal conversations and ensure clients perceive ongoing value.

  • Document risks and growth opportunities accurately in Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 3–5 years in client development, account management, or field sales.

  • Experience in SaaS or digital benefit platforms is highly desirable.

Other Skills and Certifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Certifications in account development or customer success are an advantage.

Languages

  • English is an advantage for communication and training purposes.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid field role with travel to client sites for regular check-ins and reviews.
