JOB SUMMARY: The Facility Services Representative will perform routine day-to-day cleaning throughout Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and other Texas Rangers properties. The position will play a key role in providing a clean and safe environment for our guests, players, team staff and employees. The Facility Services Representative should be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Monitor and report any discrepancies, damages, loss of property or safety issues to the Manager, Facility Services or direct supervisor.
Maintain and clean restrooms, hospitality areas, offices, and seating bowl areas.
Monitor overall appearance and cleanliness of Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and assigned work areas.
Keep inventory of supplies and equipment as well as cleaning logs.
Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by the direct supervisor and Manager, Facility Services.
Help assure the health, safety and security of co-workers and guests by following all procedures and rules throughout the locker room areas, seating bowls and hospitality areas.
Proper care of all materials and equipment assigned to you.
Follow Company’s safety policies and guidelines.
Practice consistent dependability, attendance and adhere to flexible work schedules.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to work well with a team or individually with minimal supervision.
Must comply with our company policy for background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to listen effectively, take and execute directions given.
Ability to work in large crowds for an extended period of time.
Must be able to work long hours, including days, nights, weekends and holiday as needed.
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time; Stand; walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear, lift and/move up to 35 pounds, carry 25 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to use hands to manipulate and effectively use tools and controls.
Requires long periods of time on feet.
