Facility Manager

AUS - Queensland - Chinchilla Full time

• Ensure all basic facilities, such as water, heating and other such amenities are well-maintained and serviced at the required intervals (Electrical Test and Tag, Fire Extinguisher Testing, Pest Control, etc.)

Provide administrative support to the Field Service team with regards to the coordination of daily activities including but not limited to rostering; booking accommodation, transportation, travel and assist HR department with mandaotry and local training requirements.

Adhering to and improving Safety Standards of the Chinchilla facility.

Ensuring the facilities grounds and landscaping are maintained.

Ensure all ChampionX HSE practices, procedures and policies are implemented and followed at all times.

Manage the site operations such as cleaning, security, car parking, site maintenance and waste management, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively. Report, follow up and escalate all maintenance concerns to the Field Service Manager.

Maintenance and management of the Field Service database systems including updating records, data entry, auditing entries for completeness and accuracy, and extracting reports.

Coordination of Type B Gas Certificates, and document submissions into eB (eBentley).

Maintain Type B Gas Commissioning Register and ensure submissions into QGC’s eB are carried out without delay.

Oracle transactions relating to chargeable or warranty items for the Field Service team including parts, vehicle and labour charges. Transactions include sales order entry as well as picking and shipping of sales orders in Oracle.

Liase with various departments to rectify Oracle issues relating to Sales Orders, including inventory corrections, part number and price list creations.

Manage and produce monthly payment claims for clients by consolidating and entering data for parts, labour, accommodations, travel, vehicles, etc.

Monthly reporting for payment claims, finance and Field Service Manager as required.

Monthly forecasting and accrual for Finance Department.

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team with various marketing campaigns such as sponsorship opportunities, trade shows, branded merchandise and marketing materials.

Contributes to the Departments and Companies continuous improvement culture.

Maintains confidentiality of all matters.

Other duties as requested and required.
