Facilities Manager – Ipswich (Static Site)
Location: Ipswich
Schedule: Monday–Friday, on-site
We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at a key site in Ipswich. This is a static role managing both hard and soft FM services, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment for occupiers and stakeholders.
The site is entering an exciting phase, with a major upgrade project planned for 2026 alongside ongoing PPM and fabric improvement works, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on operational delivery with long-term development potential.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all hard and soft FM services including M&E, fabric maintenance, cleaning, and security.
Lead on health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and statutory inspections.
Manage and coordinate contractors and service partners, ensuring high performance and value.
Support the planning and delivery of PPM works and the 2026 upgrade project.
Maintain accurate building records, compliance documentation, and CAFM updates.
Foster strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
About You
Proven Facilities Management experience in a commercial or static environment.
Strong understanding of H&S legislation, contractor management, and compliance.
Confident managing budgets, service charge elements, and PPM schedules.
IOSH/NEBOSH and/or IWFM Level 3+ qualification preferred.
Proactive, organised, and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
