Job Description Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing one or more national or local accounts, including providing timely, consistent, and accurate flow of information required to operate the portfolio in order to meet the client’s and company objectives. Act as a point of contact for integrating service platform for the client, as well as ensuring that accounting practices are sound and consistently applied. Provide the general and financial information required for other members of the management team to make informed decisions and to carry out their operating responsibilities.

About the job:
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage contracts, vendor performance, and service agreements.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, building security, and workplace safety.
- Lead and supervise contractors to maintain the site in accordance with service standards.
- Oversee site security and fire safety systems.
- Respond to emergencies and lead the team in handling incidents effectively.
- Prepared monthly KPI or monthly report.
- Monitor and track actual project expenditures against the planned costs in the SOR to identify potential overruns and facilitate smooth financial audits.
- Maintain detailed records of how rates were calculated or updated and prepare reports for stakeholders to ensure cost transparency and accountability.
About you:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in leading a team in carrying out facilities operations management.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification to perform FSM duties.
