Your New Role and Responsibilities 

Lead day-to-day coordination of facilities and security operations at Leidos’ Wentworth site. Ensure compliance with workplace, health, safety, and security regulations. Interpret and apply company policies across site operations. 
Support delivery of services within the Facilities & Security team. Act as key liaison for site-related functional operations. 

  • Manage site facilities and security activities 

  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance 

  • Coordinate health, safety and security measures 

  • Support operational delivery across programs 

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors 

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact 

  • Experience in facilities and security coordination 

  • Knowledge of WHS and security regulations 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills 

  • Ability to interpret and apply compliance policies 

  • Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance)

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and bewilling to obtain and hold an NV-1 security clearance.
