Required Education and/or Experience:
Degree-seeking UA Little Rock student enrolled in classes at the time of application;
Current UA Little Rock student;
Experience with Microsoft Office;
Eligible to legally work 20 hours per week in the United States.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Customer service experience preferred;
Experience with Google Workspace.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general office and clerical support to the Director and Assistant Directors for Campus Living;
Ensure all visitors are greeted promptly with a positive, warm attitude;
Provide outstanding customer support to students and guests;
Receive incoming calls, take detailed messages, and direct them appropriately;
Assist with data entry, imaging, and electronic filing utilizing proprietary databases;
Complete the special project task list in a timely and precise manner;
Pick up and deliver documents to UA Little Rock personnel on campus as needed;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work a flexible schedule;
Knowledge of UA Little Rock Campus Living;
Knowledge and understanding of FERPA;
Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing;
Possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn;
Ability to maintain a professional, approachable, and positive demeanor.
