Summary of Job Duties:

Little Rock Athletics is looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be assisting the ticket office staff during home sporting events at the Jack Stephens Center. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.


Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience

  • Must be able to work weeknights and weekends as needed for home sporting events;

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from athletic events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via walk-up orders;

  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments;

  • Other assignments may include but are not limited to the compliance pass entrance, will-call distribution and scanning operations;

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager for Ticket Sales and Operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with Ticket Return Software;

  • Must have a customer friendly personality and project a positive image of the University and Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni and other groups;

  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
