About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an Export Sales Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The role is based in our Akmerkez office. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always aiming to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Retail & Export Sales Director.
In brief, you will be responsible for
Manage sales and marketing activities in the assigned regions to achieve company goals and KPIs
Ensure business development activities with new or existing customers in line with the export strategy
Lead the integration of CIS markets into the Turkey business structure, ensuring strong alignment and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations
Drive volume and revenue targets while maintaining margin discipline.
Prepare & present export P&L, forecasts, pipeline, and performance reports to senior management.
Lead in-market activation support, trade promotions, and business reviews with customers.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Regulatory and Finance to ensure order-to-cash flow and compliance.
Responsible for IKA, distributor, and B2B customer management
Preserve and represent the company culture and values both internally and externally
Represent the company at international fairs and exhibitions, travel extensively to key markets, meet distributors/customers.
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university
8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector
Proven success in managing distributor networks and key accounts across multiple countries.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of export documentation, customs, regulatory standards across target markets.
Strong commercial acumen, planning, organizational and teamwork skills
A strong command of English
Analytical, resilient, result-driven and winner mindset
