WHERE YOU’LL WORK

The priority location for this role is Charlotte, NC, but the location of this position can be flexible with priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days week in office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, and Miami, FL. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates with East Coast working hours as a prerequisite.”

We’re seeking an Experiential Manager to join our dynamic team and support the operation of events and travel logistics for a key Financial Services Client. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for coordinating and activating upcoming soccer events. 

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills. We’re seeking a highly collaborative self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and sharing ideas.   • Lead travel logistic planning for the large staffing contingency including travel, accommodations, and meals. 
  • Collection and management of data in compliance with property guidelines 
  • Ensure requests travel logistics are secured and booked in a timely manner 
  • Assist with vendor management, logistical planning, and preparation of event documents to aid in execution/recapping 
  • Develop agendas and take detailed notes for weekly meetings with both internal and external partners
  • Develop a knowledge and understanding of client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives 
  • Additional projects as assigned, including but not limited to: providing assistance on various tasks and offering support to the team in preparation for the multiple events

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-4 years’ experience within an agency or client service experience and event planning preferred 
  • 3-4 years’ experience with coordinating travel logistics 
  • The approach that no job is too small or too big 
  • A can-do attitude and desire to succeed 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • A go-getter, you demonstrate initiative and accept new challenges 
  • Eagerness to brainstorm and come up with fun ideas 
  • You are coachable and willing to adapt in a fast-paced work environment 
  • A sense of humor and the ability to tell a good story 
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 
  • Proficiency with accreditation software 
  • Endurance, stamina, and physical ability to work long hours for extended days during activations.  
  • Persistent enthusiasm, energy, and drive through the project both in the office and on the road.  
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to or more than eight hours at a time.  
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: High (40-60%).  
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time

L3: This position pays an annualized rate of $75,000, and is not overtime-eligible
