Finance Business Partner
About the role
Part of the China Oral Finance team and reporting to China Oral Finance Director, you will be the finance business partner to the Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams. Ensuring category and channel P&L performance and effective returns on all investments. You will work cross functionally to deliver accurate forecasting, detailed understanding of channel and brand performance and financial leadership.
As a key member of the Commercial Finance team you will be instrumental in influencing and collaborating with our commercial functions to drive commercial decision making, return on investment and business planning.
Role Responsibilities
China Oral Finance Business Partner is responsible for the financial planning, monitoring and delivery, provides wider and holistic view to drive financial priorities and improve maturity level of financial planning in both category and channel level, and is designed also to optimize ways of working within China finance department.
Key Responsibilities
•Business partnering with E-commerce team, to deliver E-commerce business target improve investment efficiency
•Support in China Oral performance review preparations
•Lead the A&P analysis and ensure the investments in well efficiency
•Co-work with QSC team to deliver GP improvement target
•Lead the China Oral OPEX budget, both budgeted and current.
•Lead China Oral 3 Year LRP, Budgeting, rolling forecast, enable the commercial team to deliver business targets and improve financial profitability
•Provide financial support to the category and sales team
•Evaluate the reasonableness, consistency, and accuracy of financial information.
•Ensure that control processes are robust
•Detect any risks associated with business performance and support the search for mitigation plans to reduce the associated impacts. Search for opportunities that help improve business profitability.
