Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Contracts Procurement Agent to join our Supplier Management team in Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

• Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

• Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

• Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

• Participates in supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

• Engages with executive leadership and presents on contractual risks, opportunities, and issues

• Mentors other procurement agents on suppler relationship management, contractual enforcement, supply chain processes and system utilization

• Collaborates cross-functionally to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

• 5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions

• 5+ years of experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results

• 5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communications and presentation development

• Able to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, law, or a related field

• Experience in a self-directed role

Summary Pay Range: $116,450.00 - $157,550.00
