Atrium Health Rutherford Internal Medicine- Forest City location offers medical care in Rutherford County for more than 30 years. All our physicians are board-certified or eligible to be board-certified in one or more of the following areas: pulmonology, critical care, gastroenterology, internal medicine, and hospital-based medical services.
Position Highlights:
•Outpatient Only
•Join a Practice of 5 Physicians & 5 APPs
•Office Hours: Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
•Schedule: 4.5 Day Work Week
•Minimum Call (Phone Only)
•No Weekends
• Charlotte and Asheville are within one hour of Forest City
Ideal Candidate:
•Interest in Internal Medicine – Seeing patients 18 years old and up
•Passion for providing quality patient care in a highly productive clinic setting where collegiality and collaboration are a focus
•Ability to perform simple procedures such as wound care, I&D or lesion removal
Rutherford Internal Medicine Associates has been providing medical care in Rutherford County for more than 30 years. Located just 1 hour from Asheville and Charlotte with access to quality school districts in the area as well as proximity to the Tryon International Equestrian Center.
Forest City is located six miles east of Rutherfordton, the county seat, and is situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. The town is interconnected by three US highways, 74, 221, 64, and one state highway 108. Forest City is only 15 minutes away from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.
