[What the role is]
This is a 2-year position as an Executive/Senior Executive, Marcomm in the Corporate Communications Office.[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist in the planning, coordinating and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns and events to enhance brand identity, engagement and reach of our target audience.
Collaborate with various departments and Academic Schools to support marketing initiatives and to ensure the successful execution of events and campaigns.
Provide guidance to student leaders in areas of events planning and ensure smooth operation of the student leader organization.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and audience preferences to support the development of marketing strategies.
Help monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
Provide procurement and administrative support for all projects to ensure compliance and proper records of data.
Assist with other related duties such as social media marketing.
[What we are looking for]
Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events management or relevant fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to think critically and creatively, and have an eye for details.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, event management tools and social media platforms.
