Job Title: Executive, Office Administration
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to oversee office administration and facility management. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, convenient, and efficient working environment for all employees. The Executive will ensure smooth daily operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and manage administrative functions with a high level of professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining office cleanliness, overseeing internet connectivity, coordinating plant maintenance, and ensuring a functional and welcoming workspace.
Procurement and Inventory Management: Handle the procurement, tracking, and management of office supplies, such as stationery, bottled water, tissues, and other daily necessities.
Facility Management: Oversee office facilities, including workstation allocation, IT equipment management (printers, landlines), VPN installation and troubleshooting, and door access system maintenance.
Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate with the People team to organize and support employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations: Assist in talent hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and support the integration of new employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in office administration, facility management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
