How you will create an impact

The ideal candidate will expertly navigate interactions with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and government agencies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, with flexibility to be adapted to varying time zones as needed.

About the role

What you need to know:

  • Enables senior executives to focus on strategic priorities, client relationships, and business growth by managing administrative and logistical responsibilities.

  • Streamlines daily workflows, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management, ensuring time and cost optimization.

  • Supports preparation of presentations, reports, and business reviews for leadership, Board, and regulatory meetings.

  • Coordinates communication between leadership, underwriting, operations, and support functions, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up on strategic initiatives.

  • Confidentiality & Governance

  • Manages sensitive information related to clients, financial results, and organizational strategy with discretion.

  • Ensures compliance with corporate policies, data protection, and internal controls.

  • Acts as the primary liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and regional teams.

  • Facilitates effective communication and meeting cadence across departments and time zones.

Job Profile - Requirements and skills - What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a large, multi-national environment

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • Proven discretion, and demonstrated ability to assume autonomy and use independent judgement

  • High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments

  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Advanced ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, proficient in multitasking and extremely detailed oriented

  • Ability to provide support with a highly specialized knowledge of administration, clerical, and managerial functions while maintaining confidentiality 

  • Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills

  • Working Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, Fieldglass, and Confluence

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
