What will you do?
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer based in Sydney, you will work in partnership to provide high-level executive support – a true right-hand and strategic role. Having a strong business acumen and attention to detail, as well as being comfortable navigating complexity, will be essential for this role. Supporting a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team will also require strong leadership and influencing skills.
What can you bring to the team?
Proven experience providing high-level support to C-suite executives, approachable with a collaborative working style and ability to understand corporate strategy and priorities.
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs and pivot when required.
Outstanding communication abilities, including tailoring information for executive audiences.
Positive mindset combined with strong passion for problem-solving and driving successful outcomes.
Skilled relationship builder, comfortable collaborating across multiple locations and ability to act as a seamless extension of the COO’s brand.
Proficiency in MS Office and executive support technologies to streamline workflow and communications.
Comfortable working in a hybrid workplace environment with approximately 2-3 days per week in the Sydney office.
