The Oklahoma Office of Educational Quality and Accountability (OEQA) seeks a proactive and meticulous Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a broad array of administrative tasks to support our programs and stakeholders.
Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing communications including emails, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
Assist with the preparation and organization of documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Support Executive Leadership and staff with the coordination of projects, meetings, and correspondence.
Maintain and manage program databases and handle related data reporting and inquiries.
Coordinate logistics for various internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, workshops and Commission meetings.
Manage office supplies, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Oversee document management, ensuring proper organization of files on shared drives and physical archives.
Manage and post to social media accounts.
Other duties, as assigned.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Experience in administrative support or a similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of technological tools, including use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT
