Title and Summary
Executive Assistant
Overview:
The Executive Assistant will support three senior leaders within the Canada Leadership Team based out of Mastercard’s Toronto office. A high energy, creative professional with strong attention to detail, integrity and trust is desired. The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and expense reporting, among other core responsibilities.
Role:
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations including scheduling and set-up of meetings, coordinating and booking travel, managing expenses in a timely manner, and overall calendar management
• Ensure all meeting and technology support is appropriately coordinated for meetings and events
• Work as a team with other Executive Assistants Globally within Mastercard to ensure alignment and operational coverage, serving as an administrative liaison with others inside and outside of the company – including our valued partners
• May research special topics and/or work on project-based initiatives as applicable
• Ensure operational efficiencies and coordination across the groups
All About You:
• Executive administrative experience in a global corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management
• Keen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation and proactive mindset
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, to work collaboratively across functions, and to interact effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to problem-solve autonomously, be a self-starter, seek solutions for every-day challenges, and anticipate the team's needs
• Strong computer/ technology skills, including the ability to manage and understand internal systems
• Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, working in fast-paced environment with grace under pressure
