How you will create an impact:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills to provide administrative support to our Legal team in our London office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Be a trusted and highly reliable support to the legal team on the full spectrum of administrative responsibilities
Diary, travel and expense/card management
Coordination of meetings, conferences and training events, including bookings
Collate and amend legal documentation and internal reporting
Support corporate governance, as applicable
Coordinate and submit membership processes, including practice certificates
Onboarding of new personnel, including equipment requisition
Prepare and edit PowerPoint and Excel presentations
Research, compile, and summarise data for special projects and/or reports
Organise and coordinate agendas for colleagues visiting the London office
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Proactive, collaborative and pragmatic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
Multi-tasks and works well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a good level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
A high level of attention to detail with the ability produce, accurate, high-quality work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
