Job Description Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within the Real Estate Tenant Advisory Group. This role ensures seamless coordination of daily activities, effective communication across stakeholders, and efficient management of schedules, documents, and projects. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enabling the team to deliver strategic tenant advisory services by handling organizational tasks and supporting client-facing initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for client meetings and internal discussions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking deadlines, maintaining records, and assisting with client deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with company policies and standards.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, ideally within real estate, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion in handling sensitive information, and ability to work effectively with global teams and senior stakeholders.
