Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide executive level support to the investment professionals in the Investment Office. The Executive Assistant has a solid understanding of departmental requirements for managing a multi-asset class investment portfolio and how these activities support the mission of the University. The position will include significant telephone communications, travel and meeting planning, and information management with premier fund managers, investment firms, Investment Committee members and other University departments as well as contribution toward general office operations.
