$61,370 - $83,030

As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide seamless support to the Corporate Secretary’s Office and the Board of Directors. You’ll work closely with the Executive Vice-President, General Counsel and other Executive Vice-Presidents to manage confidential information, support event and meeting planning, and handle logistics for high-level governance activities.

What you’ll do

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Corporate Secretary’s Office and Board of Directors

  • Prepare, proof and format documents for Board and committee meetings, including Board packages and minutes

  • Coordinate event planning, meeting planning and logistics for Board meetings and related activities

  • Maintain accurate records and digital filing systems for Board and governance documentation

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all Board-related matters

  • Liaise with Board members, the Corporate Secretary’s Office, General Counsel’s Office, other Executive Vice-Presidents and senior leaders to facilitate effective communication and information flow

  • Support productive virtual and in-person Board and committee meetings

What you’ll need

  • A diploma and at least seven years of experience supporting an executive leader

  • High level of professionalism

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities at once

  • Intermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French) needed
