Location: Sonic Healthcare USA – Central Office (Dallas, TX)
Days: Monday – Friday (ONSITE)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Full time: Benefits Eligible

Sonic Healthcare USA is looking for a detail-driven Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Chief-Level Executives. What You’ll Do

  • Manage executive calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for high-level administrative support, including preparing itineraries and documents, managing filing systems, and submitting expense reports.
  • Draft, proof, and manage correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Greet and assist guests, oversee front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate and support special projects from start to finish with independence and initiative.
  • Train and guide Administrative Coordinators on company policy and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison to senior leaders and provide backup support when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting executives in a large organization.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with AI scheduling tools or similar systems to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • A self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and thrives both independently and in a team.
