Job Summary

To join our Communication team in Bironico (Switzerland), We are looking for a highly organized and proactive: 

Events & Communication Specialist

In this dynamic position, you will lead the execution of external and internal events - from trade shows and employer branding initiatives to internal communication campaigns. You will work closely with the Communication Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful engagement across all touchpoints.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, internal events, and employer branding activities.

  • Oversee logistics, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure high-quality, on-brand delivery.

  • Collaborate with Business Development & Marketing and R&D to design event promotion materials (booth visuals, banners, brochures, social media content).

  • Evaluate event outcomes, collect feedback, and analyze ROI and lead generation in collaboration with Business Development & Marketing and Sales.

  • Support the development of internal communication campaigns, including content creation for intranet, newsletters, and internal events.

  • Contribute to communication initiatives on sustainability, safety, and innovation.

Profile required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end event management.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Italian (C1 level or equivalent); German is an advantage.

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Brevo) is a plus.

  • Proactive and accountable: you take initiative, anticipate needs, and deliver with ownership.

  • Creative and curious: you enjoy finding new ways to engage audiences and bring ideas to life.

  • Collaborative: you work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Structured and solution-oriented: you handle multiple priorities while keeping focus on quality and results.
