Organize and coordinate fashion, WFJ, Art & Culture events for global team validation, including venue sourcing, materials sampling, and production in compliance with event guidelines. (planning to implementation & execution, support in end-to-end production process for all categories of events)
Manage and liaise with production agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all event elements.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout all stages of the event process incl. close collaboration with global event teams for production and material validation

Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to allocated expenditures.
Handle post-event administrative tasks, including vendor payment settlements and related documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 year and above experience in Event Production & Operation (Fashion or WFJ Preferred)
Preferred industries – Luxury (Fashion/WFJ) or agency background preferred.
Strong computer skills especially MS Office (word, excel, power point).
Language abilities: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Strong operational skills and ability to manage day-to-day activities.
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required by event schedules.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and vendors.
