About our Team
The Insurance and Healthcare (IHC) Marketing team supports the vertical and product organizations across IHC. The team builds right-time, right-place awareness and engagement to promote hundreds of solutions to our insurance customers across the globe. Specifically, we drive demand for our solutions, act as stewards of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand, and manage brand identity assets. We work with our business partners to create the market message. We plan and execute strategic campaigns and events, and conduct market research to provide insights that inform marketing and business programs.
About the Role
As an Event Management Intern, you will support the Global Brand Experience team in planning and executing high-impact events, including our annual Customer Advisory Meetings (CAM). You will work with marketing, product, and leadership teams, contributing to the success of over 100 events across various markets.
Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Program Dates: May 18 – July 24, 2026
Eligibility: Undergraduate students expected to graduate by May 2026
Responsibilities
Assist with the CAM event registration site setup, content management, proofreading, and testing for accessibility and functionality.
Report on event progress and registration for U.K. and U.S. CAM events.
Participate actively in event planning meetings and contribute ideas.
Support daily event operations and logistics, contributing to overall event execution and coordination.
Help track event progress, budget, and organize logistical details.
Engage in post-event activities, including gathering feedback and analyzing outcomes.
Requirements
Be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field of study with a graduation date of May 2026.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, writing, and grammar skills. Familiarity with AP Style is a plus.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as a team member.
Be self-driven and open to receiving and applying constructive feedback.
Possess excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Display eagerness to learn and a passion to pursue a career in event management.
