As a European Customer Logistics Analyst, you will support the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for building reports and dashboards for 5 Business Units within the European Logistics COE. Your role will involve maintaining existing reports, focusing on automation, and creating dashboards to provide visibility of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) performance. You will ensure data integrity and consistency, enabling operational and executive decision-making by providing accurate data and identifying inefficiencies. You will gather, cleanse, and validate data to support tendering processes, and perform scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
Support urgent tendering processes within upcoming year through robust data management and scenario analysis:
Gather relevant operational, financial, and performance data from internal systems and external sources to support logistics tendering activities.
Cleanse and harmonize datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across multiple business units and geographies.
Validate data integrity through cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business rules and tender requirements.
Develop and execute scenario analyses to evaluate logistics service provider (LSP) options, cost structures, and service models.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic sourcing decisions and optimize supply chain performance.
Design new and maintain existing reports and dashboards for the European Customer Supply Chain team:
Build interactive, user-friendly solutions.
Enhance data visibility, design to provide clear insight.
Create visualization and effectively communicate KPIs.
Enable European, BU, regions and country view for key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer service metrics:
Collect and harmonize data from internal and external sources across regions
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
Support operational and executive decision-making by providing accurate and timely data.
Automate existing reports and dashboards to reduce the manual effort and enable higher frequency of data refresh.
Implement automated data refresh schedules to ensure reports and dashboards are always up-to-date.
Cooperate with various teams to digitalize processes and enhance data visibility.
Utilize Power BI to provide insights into LSPs performance.
Assist users in understanding and interpreting data visualizations.
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes or identify priority areas, trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, IT, and finance.
Document data sources, methodologies, and processes used in report and dashboard development.
Basic experience in logistics and supply chain management, high level understanding of warehousing and distribution operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, other reporting tools as advantage.
Fluent English language skills.
University degree in business or engineering.
Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics or data management department.
Good cooperation and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic environment.
Team player.
Ability to work independently.

Experience in logistics and supply chain data analysis in international environment.
Strong cooperation and project management skills.
Experience with other reporting tools or solutions as advantage (e.g. data lakes).
