We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for an Ethics & Compliance Investigations Manager!!

The Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) Investigations Manager will support the E&C Investigations team and will partner with other members of the E&C organization and company, playing a key role in the development and implementation of Pratt & Whitney and RTX-wide ethics and compliance policies and programs. This role covers E&C investigations internationally for P&W. The role is designated as a hybrid role, requiring consistent onsite presence at our East Hartford, CT location (two to three times per week). The selected candidate will be a member of the Global Compliance team in the Legal, Contracts and Compliance organization and will report to the Director and Senior Counsel, E&C Investigations.

What You Will do:

  • Ensure the overall integrity of P&W data in RTX’s centralized case management system by supporting both the Investigations team and the team of E&C Officers (ECO) with the timely, accurate and thorough tracking of matters in the system. This includes:  auditing and performing reviews; ensuring data clarity, completeness, and consistency, including the consistent coding of matters; identifying best practices and process enhancements; and providing guidance and training to system users.
  • Collaborate with the E&C Data Health Monitoring team to facilitate the creation of detailed investigation-related reports and charts for larger reporting to P&W and RTX Compliance functions.
  • Support the Investigations and ECO teams with the tracking of matters through executive-level P&W and RTX internal reviews and approval processes required in connection with the disposition of a certain sub-set of matters.
  • Serve as a back-up for the Intake Triage Manager.  This responsibility includes participating in the initial prompt review and assessment of concerns submitted through RTX’s E&C reporting tool and/or other channels to determine whether a full investigation is appropriate.
  • Assist with the management and tracking of investigation correctives actions.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of standard work and processes for investigations, including with respect to matter tracking, data entry, reporting, and review/approval processes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field (may include auditing, legal, etc.); OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field (may include auditing, legal, etc.)
  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder) due to program requirements

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
