The Compliance Analyst is a position designed to support TD SYNNEX’s Ethics and Compliance Program. Among other responsibilities, the Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting analyses, recommendations, and the implementation of actions to improve TD SYNNEX’s Ethics and Compliance Program.
Identification of data to prepare analyses, reports and updates
Create, implement and administer reporting related to the Ethics and Compliance program
Support the Ethics and Compliance Department by performing administrative duties, including distribution of compliance information, maintaining compliance documentation and managing compliance-related databases
Assist in the distribution of Ethics and Compliance Department policies and procedures
Develop and track Ethics and Compliance program monitoring activities
Assign and track corrective action plans with management
Ensure proper record keeping relating to internal investigations of compliance issues
Coordinate compliance efforts with Ethics and Compliance Department team members and operational areas
Provide information for audits and compliance related certifications
Collaborate with other corporate functions to improve workflow of internal investigation processes, from case assignment through reporting
Support the management of the “TD SYNNEX Ethics Line” case management system
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of systems and Company compliance programs to address and mitigate defined compliance risks
Support implementation and delivery of effective compliance training
Support the continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of TD SYNNEX’s Ethics and Compliance program by participating in or arranging for periodic compliance audits and collecting employee feedback on the compliance program through surveys or other means
Prepares materials and data needed for conferences, appointments and meetings
Schedules meetings, arranges meeting locations and takes meeting minutes as requested
Coordinates travel arrangements
Supports the management of the “TD SYNNEX Ethics Line” case management system by responding to reports of alleged violations of the Code of Conduct, related Company policies, and applicable law. Conducts investigations of such alleged violations. In this function, must act independently and in the absence of a conflict of interest, and protects confidentiality of the reporter and report, in accordance with TD SYNNEX internal policies and procedures.

Demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities of varying levels of complexity
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluency in written and spoken English required
Knowledge of additional languages a plus
At least one-year relevant experience required
Experience in ethics or compliance programs preferred
Experience in a corporate setting preferred
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (“CCEP” or “CCEP-I”) designation a plus.
