ERP Specialist

PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Job Summary

The ERP Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing IT tasks and merchandising help desk requests for the current MJ Freeway and NAV ERP systems. The specialist independently prioritizes work across PA and MD Verilife stores. The work ranges from assessing system promotional capabilities to real time help desk support for all retail dispensaries, ensuring that we can serve our patients and customers. This position acts as a system expert providing end user training and support for all merchandising analysts on our ERP and state seed to sale tracking systems. This position also analyzes all merchandising help desk tickets and identifies process improvement opportunities across the vendor and product lifecycle. Success in this role is accuracy in item creation, promotion, price, inventory management, and minimizing help desk requests.  

Pay for this role is $60,000

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities 

  • Manage the merchandising Fresh Service ticketing tool, independently prioritizing and resolving based on sales impact issues related to new vendor setup, item setup, purchase orders, pricing, promo, and inventory balances.
  • Prioritize and set up pricing, promotions, and markdown events across all states.
  • Document ERP processes as they relate to merchandising and operations.
  • Provide instruction and training to the business on how to avoid common price, promotion, and inventory balance issues.
  • Support state tracking systems and assist in troubleshooting any issues related to ERP and state seed to sale integration.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science or business-related field
  • Minimum 2+ years NAV experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with the Google & Microsoft suites of product
  • Good understanding of data structures
  • Ability to investigate and master new data sets quickly
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements 

This role will require occasional (<1x / quarter) travel to our retail dispensaries or corporate offices to review and discuss business and process opportunities.
