Job Title: ERP Program Support

Job Location: Chennai, India

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Program Management Support Specialist with a strong focus on ERP implementation projects. This role will provide critical support in planning, tracking, and reporting activities, ensuring that program deliverables are presented with clarity and impact. The ideal candidate will excel in visual storytelling, structured documentation, and data visualization, while maintaining seamless coordination across global teams.

What will you do?

Program Coordination Support

• Assist in planning and monitoring SAP project activities across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of SAP-related milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

High-Quality Reporting & Visualization

• Design and deliver professional presentations for steering committees and stakeholders.
• Create clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP analytics.

Organization & Structure

• Ensure all program artifacts are well-structured, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
• Develop templates and frameworks for consistent reporting and communication.

Communication & Governance

• Facilitate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and produce concise meeting minutes.
• Support governance processes, including risk and issue tracking for SAP projects.

Administrative Excellence

• Manage document repositories and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Assist in change management and training coordination for SAP rollout.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP program support, specific exposure to SAP projects is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global and complex environment.
• Strong sense of design for executive-level presentations.
• Experience working in a project environment.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) is a plus.

Performance Expectations:

• Deliver error-free, visually polished presentations for leadership.
• Maintain structured documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Provide clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
