2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Overtime: Required as scheduled

Overview:

Ferguson Front Royal Distribution Center is seeking dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe product movement throughout our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines

  • Accurately pick, stage, and store product in assigned warehouse locations

  • Assemble containers, pallets, and maintain organized work areas

  • Perform daily tasks using handheld RF scanners or voice-directed systems

  • Maintain inventory integrity and always ensure product safety

  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to complete daily assignments

  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned work areas

  • Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and raise operational concerns to management

  • Perform all job duties in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistance

  • Prior material handling or warehouse equipment experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $26.17

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
