What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
  • Monitor plant operations and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform basic maintenance and assist with repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and environmental standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
