What You'll Be Doing
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
- Monitor plant operations and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Perform basic maintenance and assist with repairs on equipment and machinery
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and environmental standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maintain heavy equipment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to safe work practices
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
