Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant sales experience in life sciences, biopharma or laboratory instruments and consumables.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to engage with scientists, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers in private sector accounts.
Key understanding of customer applications and workflows.
Knowledge of purchasing process, dealer network and competitive landscape.
Strong working relationship with customers and channel partners.
Experience in handling Private sector accounts will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
Bachelor's degree in sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field), having master's degree in science will be an added advantage.
