The Environmental Specialist II helps ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations as well as Ursa Major’s policies and procedures related to environmental permitting and compliance. This position will also support environmental monitoring and reporting. The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist II will work with teams across the business to take a proactive approach to safety and process. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for personal and environmental safety while also taking a team-focused approach to solving safety concerns and maintaining systems.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $80,000- $110,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
