About the Enterprise Inside Sales Representative:

MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team based in Dublin. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships with enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent sales skills, a keen understanding of technology, and the ability to manage time and relationships effectively.

Location: On-Site, Dublin 18

What Will You Do?

  • Generate and qualify enterprise leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Manage multiple high-value relationships simultaneously with attention to detail, strategic follow-up, and a focus on long-term partnership growth.

  • Demonstrate a deep commitment to understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify business needs, influence strategic priorities, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Other applicable duties as assigned.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Proven track record in outbound B2B, tech, or SaaS Sales; mid-market or enterprise experience highly preferred.

  • Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proven ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise accounts, including C-suite executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ability to communicate value propositions and business insights in a clear, confident, and consultative manner tailored to executive audiences.

  • Strong understanding of sales technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.

  • Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance, enhance skills, and contribute to team success.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €55,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €10,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
