About the Role

Come bring to life technologies to lead in Pharma-tech!
As an intern in the Enterprise Automation (EA) group, you will be part of a team that simplifies and automates business processes across Lilly. You’ll work on real-world projects using modern automation tools and technologies, gaining hands-on experience in building scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of automation workflows using tools like AA, Power Automate, and Python.
• Assist in testing and deploying automation solutions.
• Document processes and learnings for internal knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile team activities and contribute to sprint goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose automation ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Automation tools).
• Interest in automation technologies and digital transformation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
