Engineering Project Leader

  • (1). Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate among project teams, functional departments and different regions.
  • Have regular meetings with project team members to drive projects.
  • Provide regular project status reports, escalate project risks to management team.
  • Work with team members to remove project roadblocks.
  • Follow up project material purchase status.
  • Work with customer service and sales to make sure POs can be shipped on time.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Other assignments from managers.

(2). Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experiences; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education in electrical/mechanical background
  • Good project management skills and solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English language skills: read, write, listen and speak.
  • Experience with global teams.
  • PMP certified is preferred.
