In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting Manifolds, Distribution and Connections (MDC) Engineering and Projects operations.
You will be reporting to the Global Engineering and Projects Operations Leader (UK) and working under the direction of the Global MDC Engineering Leader (Italy).
As an Engineering Operations Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Data Analytics.
Headcount and Resource Planning.
Demand/Supply Planning and Forecasting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reporting.
Collaboration with Business Stakeholders.
Provide control and overview of product line costs and performance.
Gathering requirements, identify resource risks, present solutions.
